We use a trusted 3rd party supplier, Stripe, to process our tickets. Stripe will appear on your credit card statement. Our tickets feature a unique reference ID code, may only be redeemed once, may not be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost and is non-transferable. Tickets can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the event. Terms & Conditions are subject to change. We welcome children over the age of 6 years old. Our Tickets are only valid on the date of the event specified and cannot be refunded if not redeemed. Dress code: Smart please, (although jacket and tie for gentlemen are not obligatory): trainers, tracksuits and shorts are not acceptable. A change of footwear may be advisable for our garden tours. Please let us know of any dietary requirements at least 48 hours prior to the event
