BASC 'Eat Game' Dinner - 12 November
We welcome back Rob Newton of BASC, The British Association for Shooting and Conservation, who will host this special evening with an inspired game dinner menu.
Arrive for 6.30pm for reception drinks and canapés, followed by a special four-course dinner menu created by Head Chef Ashley Binder, where 'game' is the star ingredient, and carefully designed for the enjoyment of the 'converted' and the 'non-converted' game gourmet, with selected wines paired to accompany the menu.
