Vouchers cancelled within fourteen days of purchase will be fully refunded, outside fourteen days of purchase vouchers are non-refundable. Our gift vouchers feature a unique reference ID code, may only be redeemed once, may not be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost and is non-transferable. Photocopies of the original voucher will not be accepted. Vouchers must be ordered by 1:00pm to ensure same day postage.
