Terms & Conditions

We use a trusted 3rd party supplier, Stripe, to process our vouchers. Stripe will appear on your credit card statement. Vouchers cancelled within fourteen days of purchase will be fully refunded, outside fourteen days of purchase vouchers are non-refundable. Our gift vouchers feature a unique reference ID code, may only be redeemed once, may not be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost and is non-transferable. Photocopies of the original voucher will not be accepted. Vouchers must be ordered by 1:00pm to ensure same day postage. Please note that for your protection this gift voucher may not be redeemed until 5 days after purchase. You may also choose your validity date. We welcome children over the age of 6 years old.
